It’s hilarious to me that one of those embargo-breaking opinions that dissed it was from Variety, who had a different critic writing about it and loved it so their review is fresh, and then one of the first leaked positives was from The Times, who ALSO had a different critic review it and they’ve given the most negative review I’ve seen thus far.

Anyway, breathing a sigh of relief. It’s all gravy from here for me. Ready to enjoy and hope the audience reception follows suit!

I was legitimately thinking the exact same thing as I was scrolling through the reviews. What's the point in sending someone to a screening (and having them release a social media reaction) if they aren't going to review the movie in full? Seems strange.

I love how even the rotten reviews aren't overwhelmingly hating it and have a few highlights here an there.

Overall this is gonna be one helluva summer blockbuster for all the ages, fingers crossed it affects the opening weekend more thoroughly.

My first thought whenever I see the complaint of a movie being overstuffed is "oh my god I can't wait to re-watch this multiple times to catch everything" hahaha.

Very pleasing obviously to see the initial wave of critical reviews are positive overall, hopefully that translates well into what fans & the paying public feel also.
