It's not really a reveal in that sense. They don't have the reviews stockpiled. It just opens the floodgates for reviews to pour in. Maybe that's why they pushed it to Wednesday at midnight? They want all the reviews to come in at once opposed to being spaced out over the week?

I don't think so. They just said the "Tomatometer and score" will be revealed.
