Hey!

Chloe is a plot-sucking character built for Smallville. If they actually gave Lana some decent storylines like they should and recognise the potential of using someone in the early stage of Clark's life that he had a relationship with and told his secret to, it wouldnt matter. Instead we get Clana and this see-saw teen crap along with an overinfux of other pointless female characters ( Lois now? Kara wtf??? What the hell is an Alicia Baker? ) and basura caliente of confused and botched charactrs!. I hate Smallville I hate so much, I loved it but now I hate it, I hate it they ruined my girl

Lana for sure. She was in the recent issue of Superman and it would be interesting to see how it would play out in the sequel. If she were to be in it....

Honestly I think the Superman sequel is going to 100% forward, like Returns did. The played out scenarios should stay in the past. The Superman movies are great because they are the only superhero movies where you really don't have any idea what to expect for the main character. We all know Batman will stay in his safe little bubble... a dark, gritty movie about a loner and his villains... Spiderman will learn an important lesson about forgiveness and Fantastic Four will suck. Superman can go anywhere... from battling Darkseid to the death of his son. It's the only superhero franchise with that potential for range because the director actually has balls. Knock him all you want, but atleast give him respect for mixing things up... Superman is a DAD!!! Who saw that one coming?!?!

Singer? What part of the story was he talking about? Did they make him pull back from doing something crazy with the character? I'm interested... haven't seen this stuff.

No it was the Daily Planet Globe. They were considering making half the Globe and lighting it but it was too expensive. So it's made by visual effects or CGI. And he joked about them cutting his ball. It was quite elaborate. I do recommend seeing the 2 disc edition of "Superman Returns". 'Cos you see quite a bit (around a three hour documentary cut into sections of around 30 minutes or less) as well as Deleted Scenes and a couple of trailers.

Unfortunately, that was the ONLY thing Singer did that was out of the ordinary and it was poorly executed and a bad idea to begin with. Why should I respect the director that is oblivious to what makes a good Superman movie?

It didn't involve mind control? 'Cos I've seen people joke it happens every Thursday it seems to be that regular for the comics (in fan fiction). Where Superman is taken over and goes to eliminate Batman.

If so, imagine their minds changing place with SUperman and Batman. Then imagine Batman seeing Power Girl's body, but it's Superman's mind inside. NOw just find a way of perfecting the switch with Batman's mind staying in his own body and you've got yourself the start of a beautiful relationship!

I've seen pictures though it's been awhile. So I don't know if they've changed (also Power Girl is very vague). Plus it's been too long to know which Earth is what. I thought before the Crisis (the original one around 1986) Earth-2 was older. But is it the evil one now? Or what? Pink Kryptonite would definitely do it!



BTW, old Earth-2 was the golden age heroes and their proteges and children. Earth-2 from the Morrison story is the Anti-matter earth (Actually, the JLA earth is called earth-2 by the inhabitants of the antimatter earth. There's a new Earth-2 that seems to greatly resemble old earth-2, but there has yet to be any stories about it yet.
