Supreme Power

Yeah, the FF Zombies ripping flesh off of peoples bones must have been taken from a porno too.

I saw that one.

Crossover was beautiful art. I wish I could buy a page as an art piece.

Well I really don't doubt he used movies, probably zombue movies for poses.

I have seen other poses in "Crossover" where he stole poses. The Doom on the TPB is directly taken from a Doom statue.

And that's all that really matters in the end.

O....K.....Let's just agree to disagree. Sorry I sorta kept on stringing it along. Everyone is allowed an opinion.

Agreed. I'm glad he has the ability to actually draw like that. Kind of cool.

I know this has nothing to do with what ya guys and girls are talking about. But can someone please tell me who this Redstone guy is? Don't know anything bout SS, only what I've read in this series.

Redstone? He was technically a super villan that was in Nighthawk's resistance group. He was the only one without a DC counterpart I believe. He was basically just super strong and super durable, taking his power from the Earth. Nothing TOO spectacular.

Thanks. If that's all he has then this is gonna be a short fight

Well, they're probably pump him past Inertia, and up into Hyperion's range.

Nah there were others made up just for the Squadron mini. Inertia, Haywire, Ape X, and Foxfire are a few more that come to mind.

I always thought they were related to DC characters I just didn't know of or something.

Thanks for the heads up!

I'm not sure I'm picking up on what you want to know. But Redstone previously was in the title when it was Supreme Power, in the MAX line. Redstone was a serial murder who was killing hookers. Nighthawk, Blur, and Hyperion tracked him. Hyperion beat him down, and imprisoned him. Redstone later got out, and now he's looking for a rematch with Hyperion.

he was throwing people at Hype during the fight. Motha f**ka's was splattered up against the wall like a spit ball fight.

Awesome ****ing scene. Im dropping this book once Frank leaves if it doesnt pick up.

Yeah, the books been okay at best, but I'm getting a lot of books, and I should only be spending money on stuff thats actually good.

Agreed. Gary Frank is too awesome on that book, why they're taking him off of it just boggles my mind. Maybe he doesn't want to do it anymore. Deodato is supposed to replace him, and while I don't have a problem with Deodato...the story needs to get back to the intensity it had when it was under the MAX imprint.

I'm with you guys, I need to start making room for other stuff.

I have like 15 titles coming out this week alone, im setting up to spend $50 on comics this week. i cant be affording that.

hell, i've spent 69 bucks on comics this week. Just had to get that Uncle sam :( that s**ts just be callin me man they be callin me.

I spend about 40 to 50 dollars every week on my comics, depending on what week it is. Sometimes more depending on whether I'm buying bags and boards, or comic boxes, or back issues, etc.

I've really cut back on a LOT of titles this past month, but I'm still in the 30 to 35 dollar range. It needs to be lower. :(

If comics still cost a $1.00 or $1.25 I could probably get all the titles that I really want to get. But practically 3 dollars a comic really makes things difficult. :( :(

The second they announced that mofo I called my store and added it to the pull list.

Wait, that was him? Oh hell yeah! Redstone got a SERIOUS power boost. Since he was basically beating the hell out of Hyperion.

is squadron supreme worth reading? or is it a big drop from supreme power. i've decided to read all the supreme power series but want to know if its worth continuing? thanx
