Not sure but it could be. I remember seeing a amateur videotape of the truck flip from that same building (95% sure).

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but during the meeting between Scarecrow/The Chechen/Fake Batmen/Batman, when the tumbler appears pancaking the two cars and the goons start shooting at it you can clearly see the Chechen sitting in his 4x4. Once the tumbler starts returning fire, you then see the Chechen backing up and leaving. During the following quick cuts we then see the Chechen getting into his 4x4.
