I thought this would be a fun activity, since TDK rumors come out all the time, but so many of them sound ridiculous and false.

for example:

1) "Hey guys. I work for WB (I won't say how or what capacity)... but I got to sit in at the recent studio screening (the one Nolan showed, which made the studio go gaga for TDK). SPOILERS: The Joker kills Batman. That's right. Nolan really wanted to go "dark" for "The Dark Knight"... he also wanted this film to be "self-contained" and unnecessary for any future sequels. Well, Nolan has mentioned ( off the record of course) that Joker manages to make Gordon a nutcase and then Gordon helps Joker escape from the asylum at the end of the movie, because, obviously, he's a nutcase. So things become more tense after that between Gordon and Batty. This also makes Two-Face go after Gordon in the third.
