My wife just e-mailed me the pic. I guess I can't complain, while not a dead ringer for Ledger (bad choice of words, I know) it is TDK Joker through and through.

Are people complaining? No reason to, Mattel had the good sense to offer a 6" scale collector's line with 4HM sculpting; works for me!

For a mass market, movie themed action figure I think it hard to ask for more. Rarely do these things bare close resemblance to the actors and this one leaning more toward Joker rather than Ledger might be fitting somehow.

For better outfits, sculpting, and accessories you just have to wait for a deluxe/higher priced figure this summer.

Quite frankly, I like the idea of getting the 6" scale Joker and a bunch of goons. I can already see the pictures some people will take of the Joker Gang terrorizing their other action figures!
