Actually, you can tell it's not real. The characters names are in lower case in the paragraphs. Throughout scripts, characters names are always in capitals, except in lines of dialouge.

Being a screenwriter, I have to correct you. I think you are refering to that characters' names are always in all caps throughout the script. This is actually wrong. They are only in all caps when the character is introduced for the first time.

What made this stand out to me as being fake, other than the ludicrious story, is some of the description lines. In scripts, you only write what the camera can see. In this one, he starts going into the way Batman feels and how the night has effected him (i think its like the 2nd or 3rd paragraph). Anyway, this can't be shown on camera, therefore, proving this to be a fake.

The thing that was a give away was The Tumbler being called The Batmobile. It was never ever called that in the script or the movie.
