Was it Bruce? It looked like Bane to me.

I guess it's a safe conclusion that it was Bruce (and not Batman) talking with Gordon. I wonder if Gordon knows who he is or was Bruce wearing the ski mask? Gordon was definitely facing him so he can see the person he's talking to.
