the sky isn't blue. occasionally ice in the atmosphere gives off blueish/violet tints. that's not the color of the the sky, though.
yeah, it's kind of way too big.raziel1919 said:I hate the way Michael Bays name was under the Transformers logo. I hope he doesn 't mess up the movie!

Because regardless of the reason, the Martian sky turns blue in color. Obviously it's because of the way the sunlight is refracting off elements in the atmosphere. The same way light refraction off our atmosphere turns the Earth sky blue, red, orange, and a whole host of colors depending on location, time of day, and season.

I mean, it's not even a teaser.
It says "Announcement Teaser".
It's like a teaser for a teaser.
Something Spidey 3 didn't have.
If you're gonna compare teasers, wait until the teaser is out!
And Mars is being used because it's the closest planet to Earth.
The "last stop", if you will.
Either way, I really enjoyed it.
The use of real-life events to promote a sci-fi epic was a good idea.
Not necessarily new, but good.
I'll be eagerly anticipating this one, until I can be persuaded otherwise.![]()

The point is what color the sky normally. Ask anyone around you and they'll tell you the sky is blue here on good ol' terra firma, even though we all know the hues shift during the transitions from light to dark.
This just in, martian sky is black at night too!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know. The Incredible Hulk said:it looked cool until they put "Michael Bay" on the screen, then I got a bad feeling in my gut
