The Dark Knight Teaser with Pirates?!

the only thing i didnt get was the playground scene.

Thanks. I'm glad you dug it. And a couple people have actually told me they didn't understand the playground scene which is exactly what I wanted to hear. The whole opening is supposed to set sort of a real eerie-creepy tone, you know an abandoned playground, twinkle twinkle etc. This is all established because once the Gordon voice over comes you get taken off guard and are like "Woah! This is Batman?" The beginning still fits, but its supposed to make you not even think of it being a Batman film like the Begins teaser. Like the eerie playground could be an abandoned part of Gotham or a childhood place for Bruce, and the figure approaching the car is the Joker. But you wouldn't understand any of that from the teaser. So the whole point of it is to make you vulnerable to the fact that you're watching a Batman teaser, and when you realize it, you're like "Woah!" Anyways there's the guide to the inside of my brain. t:

my guess is, will have two "teasers": One will be strictly about Batman, which we'll get soon, maybe with Harry Potter. The other will be about the Joker, which we'll get in December. Anyone else agree with me on this?
