And what makes you assume that? Most teasers for big blockbusters come out about a year before release.

Really?

Follow the path of WB with Superman Returns. The Teaser came out in November and the movie came out in June. A teaser would be the exact same path.

"See you in December" thing is not just giving us a teaser, release of batuit, Batmobile, pics of Alfred,Joker,Dent,Rachel etc..


By the time December comes there woiuld be first trailer, teaser probably be before December.

December would kick off the full bore marketing campaign in December starting with a teaser. I know the teaser for Begins came out a full year before the movie, but it also has been done the other way.

If not then, then you would be looking at August 17th's Invasion, but if they are prepping now its for Potter.

Well I hope they don't follow the same marketing campaign as Returns, it was horribly timed. I would hope to see it with Potter, but I don't know if that is going to be the case. If not, then the next big thing for WB besides Invasion is I am Legend in December.

No, I mean Superman Returns. If the teaser was coming out in December that means they were pacing it more along the lines of SR.

I don't think they will release the teaser the same day they are releasing the trailer in theaters. It usually works out like that.

i think the ill see you in december thing is when ull see joker in action. so that would mean a theatrical trailer
i think we will get a teaser earlier, maybe with a joker voice over.
