Wasn't that from becoming bonded to his super-enhanced suit? In Teen Titans, Robin tells Cyborg Eddie's not really a demon.

Well in, I think, Underworld Unleashed he offered by Neron to be a movie star (but would kill one of his friends - didn't tell him this bit). Blue Devil ended up dying while cheating Neron then he was reincarnated as a real demon.

But this never happened to Kid Devil. Really it is just because he looks far cooler this way.

I think so too, cause I mean really, there is no way anyone's gonna fear the Titans with a goofy, stocky kid in ugly red tights.


But then again, the same could've went for Robin.
