Action-Adventure Terminator: Dark Fate

I wonder which one is the bigger risk. If a reboot fails or has a so-so reception, then you can try to reboot it again, or do the distant sequel approach (like we're seeing with Ghostbusters and Robocop). But if the distant sequel approach fails, then... I guess reboot entirely? I'm not sure. Or maybe just let it die (*cough* Independence Day *cough*).

The belated sequel approach involves persuading cast members to return which I'm sure will cost more and heighten the risk. Even if the actors aren't big stars, I'm sure most will try to negotiate a pay rise to reprise their roles. Studios being cheap is probably behind most reboots and failures tbh.

The ending to Independence Day Resurgence has a **** ton of possibilites regarding fighting alongside other alien races, but it did so bad.....

Yeah, but the movie itself wasn't good. So...

If he's from the future, the trailer is already out from the timeline that he came from.

Anyway, maybe it would look cool and better. But I feel like Terminator has been done to death. Sarah Connor Chronicles, Salvation, Genisys... now this? Its the same old premise. Eh.

Oh boy. I'm so nervous about this trailer lol.

Bring it on!!!

And the Terminator pics are from T3, if I'm not mistaken. The "Terminator: Dark Fate" logo is official, though. Probably a Japanese mock-up poster for who knows what. Or is it Chinese?

Definitely not official.

Also can't wait for the trailer on Thursday.
