The only ones I've seen are Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Spirited Away, and The Battle of Algiers.

Saw this at:

Here's the list:

http://eddieonfilm.blogspot.com/2005/12/foreign-art.html

Here's the top 10:

10. The 400 Blows
9. The Battle of Algiers
8. Aguirre, the Wrath of God
7. Grand Illusion
6. Persona
5. Bicycle Thieves
4. 8 1/2
3. M
2. The Seven Samurai
1. The Rules of The Game

You know, I didn't really care for the Rules of the Game or Bicycle Theives. The 400 blows was great though. As is Seven Samurai and M.

I haven't seen too many of these, but most of these are fairly old. Others I've seen are Run Lola Run, Crouching Tiger, Throne of Blood, Yojimbo, Spirited Away (wow 33, impressive), City of God, Breathless, and Come and See all of which are good movies.

I've seen a good number of them. Pretty good list (although I just skimmed it).
