I'm surprised to see so many people thinking Colorado can beat Anaheim. :)

Anaheim is playing great hockey right now and they have a hot goalie. And Theodore sucks. :)

Anaheim had a lucky goalie that will show his true colours in the second round. While I'll be shocked if the Ducks can even win a game, I still say Colorado in 5 games. And yes, Theodore sucks, but he sucked more when he was playing for those rotten Montreal Canadiens, and I think he has something to prove in Denver.

In other news... Malkin and AO dominated in the WC today. Each with 4 points in a 10-1 Russian win.

Don't remind me. :(

What's going on? Buffalo beats Ottawa in a crazy game. Anaheim shuts out Colorado. Now Carolina beats Jersey.....:(

The new deal has removed any certainty in how teams will play.

Well at least this could bode well for the Oilers tomorrow. I keep hearing from a lot of people that San Jose will trash the Oilers. :)

I don't know how it will go over all, but a team that can handily beat the best team is not a team to take lightly.

I do hope San Jose will make the same mistake Detroit did and take the Oilers lightly. :)

I doubt the Sharks are going to take the Oilers lightly, especially after the outcomes of the other three playoff games.

I'm just looking for an exciting series, and it beats playing the Stars over and over and over and over again.

No, kidding. Anything but the stars for the fifth time in a row.

I actually thought the Oilers were going to play the Stars this year. Thank god for that Wild game that didn't go our way....:o

Sometimes being the bottom team of the playoffs has its advantages.

I was really shocked that Anaheim shut out Colorado...I wasn't expecting that at all. It will be interesting to see what happens with that series. The Ducks are playing like they really want the cup this year. New Jersey just got wasted by Carolina...I wasn't expecting that, but Carolina is a very promising team with a ton of potential. They know how to pass, stick handle, and make plays. I really can't wait to see the Edmonton/San Jose game tomorrow (Edmonton's playoff run is looking a lot like Calgary's in 04...we beat Detroit that year, and then we beat San Jose. I hope Edmonton can do the same. You would think Detroit would learn not to underestimate teams after being beaten by the Flames in 04, but I guess not...)

Wow. Anaheim is up 3-0 against the Avalanche.

Jean Sebastien Who? :o

AO and Alexander Semin both had hat tricks in that game. I can't wait to see them playing on the same line next season.

Or Malkin and Crosby... (although they're both centers)

Go Ducks! :)

I would trade everybody in the Caps organization (except for AO and Semin) for Malkin. I think he's the real "next Mario Lemieux."

I've heard them refer Malkin to the Mark Messier to Crosby's Gretzky....

The Pens are gonna have a hell of a team in a few years, but will they be able to afford both Malkin and Crosby in this new salary cap league?

I'm sure they would. Aside from Fleury, I don't think they really have that much else to sign to a huge contract.
