as I thought I was going mad. I asked friends and family members and they
all said "no, you're crazy! I only hear them talking and the audience!"
It sounds like there is an audio cue (which sounds like a cell. phone ring-tone)
which they left too close to a microphone. It is a big blunder.
I don't think people are hard of hearing for missing it- but more sad, I think
they are all missing it because they only pay attention to what is very obvious, right in front of them.
Thanks for posting it snowball. You were 1st. (i hear it going off right now- and in between most every other sentence!) - and I signed up here
just to state this!!!

Great representation/Emmy Love for all the dramas so far:

Friday Night Lights, Justified, Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones have all won...

The Good Wife will likely take lead actress. Mad Men looks good for lead actor or series...will likely split those two categories with Boardwalk.

Dexter walks away the night's loser. Unfortunate because I love that show but Season 5 was pretty weak for Dexter.

Peter Dinklage winning almost makes up for the lack of a Carrell win. ALMOST.

And I could never really get into FNL, but I watched much of the 1st season and can appreciate that it's a well-made, heartfelt show, so I'm happy to see it get SOME recognition now that it's done.
