trailer is perfection. if they have some dodgy cg, its not a problem for me. it only becomes the problem if the film itself is bad.

Except BP's CGI looked pretty good throughout the whole film, save for the last 15 mins (where it looks horrible while they fight in the mines). It also looked very good from the very first trailer, which was released 8 months prior the film's release.

The CGI of Aquaman's very first trailer looks JL-levels of bad and that's 5 months prior to release.

In three different environments which would indicate that it's not just a third act reveal that ends with him being defeated but something that shows him fighting Arthur at least twice in the film in full armor. At least twice.

Every movie gets redone at some point for the newer generation. Well that is the excuse they use.

Yeah I think this looks pretty bad. I like most of Wan's films but this trailer reminded me too much of Furious 7 in a bad way. I get that the effects are being worked on so I'm not up in arms about it, but the simpler shots such as the aquarium look god awful. The editing of the trailer was pretty bad with it jumping all over the place. Still not liking Mamoa, but I kind of dig Heard even though her wig is too bright.

Some pros:

Black Manta looks awesome, I love the suit.

Hoping the second trailer is better, but this was the worst of the 4 WB trailers for me.

I'd agree Godzilla was the best of the bunch, although Shazam wasn't far behind.

Godzilla: KoM: 9/10

Aquaman: 3.5/10

Shazam: 8.5/10

I liked the trailer, the underwater scenes looked REALLY good. Yeah I am not that big of a fan of Arthur just being a glorified version of Momoa himself but I have in this movie.

I thought the trailer was okay. Definitely looks better than anything else DCEU has offered.

Looks like he will be harmless fun, bit I must say, Momoa just doesn't click with me. His acting still needs a lot of work.

Damn! Christmas in July! Shazam and this! The trailer did not disappoint in the slightest! It's like everything epic from both Thor:Ragnarok and Black Panther neatly blended in one. Jason Momoa really seems to have an even better screen presence than before. This is such a visual lush!

Except it doesn't look even as remotely as good as the above two mentioned.
