Aww man. Seems to me they planning on releasing a directors cut or something down the line.

That would be great! Not getting my hopes up though.

Maybe they're planning on using a scene or two in TASM3?

In general though, I don't think it's good to show deleted scenes of a character that didn't even exist in the film.

Well Shailene Woodley was cast as MJ but since filming the scenes for the movie, which later got cut, she dropped out of the franchise completely. So they are going to recast MJ for ASM 3 so those deleted scenes with Shailene is pointless now. So I thought it would have been a good idea to just release them now for fans to just see how there were.

I too would like to see them, as the photos looked interesting. Plus, correct me if I'm wrong, but they probably didn't want to show the scenes considering there's a possibility Woodley won't return as MJ.

I meant from fans, haters and audiences calling her ugly. If she stayed she might be one of those people who have a low self esteem and is very sensitive about their appearance which would be enough to harm herself

I just got the Target version (blu ray, dvd, ultraviolet digital) combo pack withe the bonus Sinister Six dvd for 15 dollars. The girl at the register mistakenly rang me up for the standard dvd copy. I told her that I had the blu ray combo pack but she didn't seem to care. So thats a win for me ha! Looking forward to watching the movie again and seeing the deleted scenes.

Deleted scenes a let down. Not one actual Spider-Man scene other than a pre-viz animation. The rest of spidey jumping around on the cop cats we all wanted to see, not here. The deleted scene with him meeting his father is the ...like who thought that was a good idea? Obvious they didn't include alot.

Yea I am not a fan of that alternate ending with Peter meeting his father. It just seems so random and out of nowhere. It also makes Uncle Ben's death meaningless which sucks. I am glad they cut that from the movie.
