She IS cut from ASM2... The real question is: are the studio covering something up? I'm thinking that she might be cut all together, because she just didn't work out once they started filming. Maybe she'll be replaced all together? Stuff like that has happened before. Even when filming half a movie before they figured out that they needed to replace the lead. And MJ isn't even the lead.

The lighter blue, in my opinion, gives off a much more "classic" Spider-Man feel.

I wish he was more ripped in this one too. I know some people are used to a lean, skinny Spidey but I'd prefer it if Garfield looked more muscly in the new costume because (and people are gonna kill me for saying it) it just looks a bit cosplay-ish, despite the new costume looking great, if Spidey doesn't look strong.

I agree. I think this can be attributed to a lack of "muscle shading", which the TASM costume had (as well as all the subsequent Spidey films). Still, you can see through the costume that Garfield bulked up considerably since the last film.
