oh. well brock should've been able to have more depth.

also, anyt thoughts on the new venom spinoff because after years of development they're gonna run it to the ground with kurtzman, mcfaralane and ed soloman as just the writers with david micheline as just the only good writer

i'm saying venom is under the hands of bad creators. they could've at least gotten some great horror directors and writers.

you're right i don't. but with the exception of david we have alex kurtzman, todd mcfarlane, and ed soloman writing the film and they are bad writers.

For real?! Oh god damn, what the hell are they doing? What's the point of bringing Norman back? It's really good to see more of Chris Cooper but seriously, his character is useless now

Not really, Normans been in all different spider-man related material, not just to be goblin first or kill gwen

Did people actually think he'll stay dead?

I certainly didn't

How? It shows Norman is an even evil bastard than ever before. By faking his death, having his own son develop the same sickness as him, attack his best friend for the cure, kill his girlfriend, and jumpstart Secret Projects and kill off the board members standing in Oscorp's way of living out their true intentions/machinations... nah I say Chris Cooper's Norman Osborn is far from useless.

I hope they decide to cancel out the head idea because if he comes back as a talking head in a jar it'll hurt

They wouldn't bring cooper back just to be a head for the next film, nor do I think they would go the route of robotic body

Yeah, Sony shouldn't pull a silvermane. Chris cooper has been in alot of good movies. Him as a talking head of Norman Osborn would be just ridiculous and would be worse than the bat credit card. Just leave him for dead or just fake his death. Just use the head as an unused concept art and we can just make a great spiderman franchise. I just want Webb, andrew and crew to succeed including spiderman. I can't stand seeing every adaptations getting good treatment while spidey gets screwed.

I would like a great cinematographer. Someone who just makes the movie feel all natural and somewhat flow smoothly and have some intense moments in action.

I also just want some great posters. The ones we got in the second film all looked photoshopped. I would love some great looking posters for once.

Spider-man will never die in the movies unless its in comic form and Peter Parker is replaced by doc ock and the fans hate it, not that the spidey fans hate anything that's different to what they are used too but yeah they probably do

Anyway back to my point no Sony won't kill off spider-man, marvel won't kill iron man and fox won't kill off wolverine

Probably Hawkeye or someone else nobody cares about. Marvel suck at character deaths. Most MCU movies have had a character die and then come back shortly after.

i hope it's not cap because of falcon being the new captain america soon. i just want him to finish his confrantation with buckey

The only time I can imagine any of these studios killing off their premiere superheroes is if they know for fact that they are about to do a reboot, or about to make the last film in a particular series.

I think at some point we'll see this on screen.

No fans want to see their favorite super hero be killed off, pretty much why most the time they return from the dead somehow

I really hope they can learn from what went wrong with TASM2. I remember being so excited for it, and it had potential, but it all just fell flat...
But seeing as Sony's hellbent on making a Spider-Verse, I just can't get excited for this.
Spider-Man 3 was bad, and while I liked TASM, it was decent at best.
I just want a really good Spidey film, dang it.

As I'm rooting for this third movie, I'd almost be more surprised if it was good. And even then, it's already hurt by Sony milking the franchise, and the first two being rather disappointing.

I know it sounds like whining, and I apologize for that, but honestly? Between everything in the comics, the Ultimate cartoon, and the movies, it just doesn't feel like a good time to be a Spidey fan.

Here's to The Amazing Spider-Man 3 ending this trilogy on a high note, and if not, then here's to whatever reboot comes next taking the best of both Spidey movie series and making something incredible.
