I noticed a few scenes and dialogue that were left out...
- The doorman scene
- Peter at looking around at the docks
- "Do you have any idea what you really are?"
- Billy and Martha (weren't they already cast?)
- Whiteboard scene replaced with Peter sitting and writing down the equation
- "We all have secrets..."
- "This life is not an easy one..."
- "Tell us a little bit about yourself Mr. Parker." (I think... I don't remember hearing it.)
- Peter outside Oscorp

I actually kinda didn't mind that scene in the sewer with Ratfa being cut. I do mind that Billy and Martha are cut though.

Marc Webb did a similar thing with (500) Days of Summer. There were scenes that were filmed involving Tom's parents that never made it into the final cut. Then again, those were never really important.

I think the awesome "Ready to play God?" line was unfortunately cut.

Also, the "My dad has 500 officers out to get you/ that seems a bit excessive" exchange was cut.

Really? Wow. I wonder what the heck happened to Ratha later on. I mean, Rhino's bio in the video game says he was killed by the Lizard and I thought "Oh damn, just spoiled that for myself too. Great." I heard there was a big plot hole with him and I was wonderirng what was happening with him then because he never showed up again. It's probably my biggest gripe, honestly.

Here's something that was deleted that hasn't been mentioned yet:
Gwen telling Peter that he's a wanted man and that her father has an 'excessive' (Peter's words) amount of officers after him

The part after Peter dents the football post. The coach asks him if he wants to play football and Peter replies with, "Too dangerous."

Really liked that in the commercials and wish they had included it.

The imfamous lizard swat team sequence was cut. It sounds like they cut alot of good stuff that would have added to the film , but the studio probably pressured Webb to get rid of alot for time purposes.

This may seem too hypothetical,but in context to that pic of spidey and gwen,it seems that the oscorp battle took place in daylight and peter through out gwen out of oscorp to protect her from the lizard.but im really pissed at how much of action(esp pov scene) and plot this movie left out.it felt rushed and incomplete.it should have at least been 150 minutes.

The narrative in the trailers aren't supposed to be in the movie. It's like the very first teaser for Batman Begins.

A lot of the trailer footage was given new backgrounds or they just reduced scenes. Ratha is the biggest part missing. It's very possible that his scene was removed to alter his fate.

Anyone know if they cut scenes where Peter might have seen a reward for photos of the "lizard creature" terrorizing New York? I thought it was very odd for Peter to set up a camera in the sewers for no reason. I realize how it played out allowed Connors to figure out who Spider-Man was, but it seems something was missing.
