While I do think you will end up being right, nothing is certain yet. I remember this exact same issue coming up with X3, where it was reported that it was 100 minutes long and the fans were outraged because there was no way they could do the story properly in that time. Then the studio and director Brett Ratner came out and said that it wasn't true and the movie was over two hours long. Come release day and it turned out that the report was correct and it was only 100 minutes long.

Like I said, I do think that it will probably end up being 2 hours long, but directors do lie so it would be a mistake to take their word as the gospel. We won't know for sure until we get closer to release.

That looks awesome. Still a little disappointed at the lack of Spidey action during the day. But I'm loving how this seems to be a threat that puts the whole city at stake, which is something I never really felt with the Raimi movies. They all felt like personal Peter threats.

That trailer was Ultimate Spider-Man seam-by-seam. And it looks really, really different from Raimi's. It looks... more like Spider-Man! I really cannot find one word to describe it, except... Amazing.

The way they have Spidey moving is INCREDIBLE. That completely blew me away. I loved the move he did where he shot webs to the building above him and jumped, using the webs to make his jump an arc to get back to the Lizard.

I can't tell you how badly I've wanted to see a move just like that in a movie. Using a web to make his jump swing into an arc is just AWESOME. Glad I finally got to see it.
