Heard the trailer descritpion.

SPOILER:


There's a lot of interaction between Peter and Gwen, very nice dialogue.. Peter saying that he has made powerful enemies. There are some new swinging scenes that are amazingly beautiful while Peter has a monologue about his life, some new scenes of Peter discovering his abilities.. but not much at all.. pretty much things we already saw.. It's like an Avengers trailer that doesn't spoil it too much for us.. There's nothing new with Uncle Ben, I guess they are saving him for the film.. and now the lizard.. there is some scenes of Connors in the lab before the transformation.. him looking at his new gronwn arm.. There's an uspide down fight between Spidey and Lizard in the school while children are escaping in panic.. them falling from the Oscorp tower, also spidey dodging lizard's tail while him in the lab coat from that promo image, I think it's the same lab, Lizard's machine shoots a ray in the sky.. and most epic shot of Lizard releasing green gas in the streets of Manhattan.. it looks sick

I wish he could've kept it throughout the whole movie

That's more then enough new stuff! Save it for the movie experience... Combine that description with the new music that's supposedly playing over it (that music-track sounds so epic!), and if it's well edited, than we sure as hell got something great here.

Almost certainly. TDKR will be awesome but the trailers have been pretty underwhelming imo.
