Gwen sounds like badass woman.

Yeah, I liked her take-charge attitude in the clip. Especially when Peter was yelling at her:

Peter: "You have to get out of there right now ok?"
Gwen: "The antidote is cooking..."
Peter: "No no no, Connors is on the way. He's coming to you RIGHT NOW!"
Gwen: "There's 8 minutes left!"
Peter: "You're gonna wait there 8 minutes after what I just told you?!?!"
Gwen: "I'm gonna get everybody out." (hangs up)
Peter: "Gwen? Gwen!?" - Gwen's already pulling the evacuation alarm, then takes a bunsen burner and holds it up to the fire sprinklers, setting them off. Which also locks down the lab. She means business, lol.

Finally we get a self-reliable chick in a CBM other than a Hero. I love her now, MJ in Raimi was a simple-annoying damsel in distress nothing more.

I'll guarantee you that it is. The cuts were super unprofessional, I think even the music was cut at parts. That's a lot of happening to loop together into 30 seconds. The Lizard stalking Gwen out is also longer, as we've seen other clips of that scene in the trailers that weren't shown here.

I hope this is true then. It just seemed way too jumbled. But, couldn't they have shown a clip that didn't have to be edited? The Snow White clip Hemsworth brought with him was a nice clip that didn't have to be edited.

Im guessing they had a 30-second time spot, so obviously that scene in the film isnt that long. So edited to 30 seconds is my best guess.

Just saw the clip. Sorry, didn't know how to record it though. So yeaah..I have a strong feeling the clip was edited down, just because the cuts feel really unnatural. Very different tone, I got a sci-fi vibe from it. And it looks like Spider-man bummed a cell phone from some punk kids. I think a lot of people are gonna be surprised at how lighthearted this film might end up being.

I'd say it was definitely edited shorter since Gwen says the antidote has 8 minutes to go and then a few seconds later that computer voice says there's only a minute left. I know these things aren't done in real time, but the jump was way too short, even for a movie.
