It just "disappeared" in Raimi's films as well. It's such a tiny thing, I doubt an answer will ever be really given.

Does anyone have the set videos readily available? If so, could someone put them up here? I think it would be neat to see the set video and then the final product. I vividly remember that truck flip was in one of the videos. Along with him swinging along the bridge.

I really need to stop watching this thing but the one thing that keeps hitting me over and over, is that he's having FUN being spider-man and most of the time, Peter does have fun and I'm glad that's finally coming out in a spidey flick. Yeah it's a gift and a curse but being under that mask is supposed to free him up to just let loose and have fun. The quips, the screaming, the body language, he's enjoying it.

I remember seeing the set photos of him swiging and on the truck, I saw that whole scene from the pictures. Axious to see it first, after watching it I loved it so much. The swiging, the lightness, the jokes and all of it

I love how he decided to use real people on wires, looks tons better if CGI was used.

It certainly hope it's longer and that there are other scenes with practical web swinging. As far I can tell from the set pics, that's the only scene in which they did web swinging outside. Other shots can be practical, but inside a sound stage.

Maybe, maybe not. They could've filmed more outside in Cali or NYC and the spies didn't get to it. Not EVERYTHING gets filmed, these cats gotta have lives lol

The webs are too Steve Ditko in my opinion, but they're a million times better than lines.

Gosh. Everything seeems to go into extremes. Something's either awful or amazing most of the time. Rarely ever just okay or cool.

I liked the cartoonish NYC guy voice he used with the "hey watch it! I'm swingin' here!" line.

I was not impressed with the music, though. Especially that part with the bus. Reminded me of Peewee Herman.

What? Why? If the editing is your problem, it's quite obviously cut down. The antidote timer goes from 8 minutes to 1 minute in less than 10 seconds. If it's something else...I would like to know.
