Hope you guys don't mind me posting this here.
You've all probably seen this ages ago, and it's just me who hasn't?
Anyway, I just thought I'd post it, cause it really does show what a true gentlemen Garfield really is! I mean, the way he handles this stupid, provokative Paparazzi, is just so great! He even tries to talk to this moron, and the idiot just replies, "I don't wanna talk to you man. I just wanna take your picture". ****ing idiot! But Garfield handles it so incredibly well. The guy is so nice and down to earth! I praise him for handling *****bags like this one, with such style. Cause God knows that I would've kicked his ****ing teeth it!!! Which is EXACTLY what these losers wants the celebrities to do, so they can sell their pathetic little videos to the evening news, and earn a little cash. But Garfield just walks away. I LOVE him!

The best scene in the whole movie(Social Network) I became a big Andrew Fan INSTANTLY

At that time I didnt know he was cast for TASM aswell.Been a Spidey fan all my life.
Imagine my surprise and happiness when I found out Andrew Garfield was playing Peter Parker

^ "How about now!? You still wired in!!?" & "You better lawyer up assshole! Cause I'm not coming back for thirty procent - I'm coming back for everything!"

Garfields acting is priceless in that scene. He's just incredible!

That scene was defiantly the best in the movie, as was the scream in Never Let Me Go. Really looking forward to the more dramatic scenes. The 'Stop it right now!' clip was awesome so it looks like it's going to be a really great performance.

Funny. It's scenes like those I'm most anxious to see :woot: The drama and acting of it all. Can't wait. This film could very well play out a whole lot different then people might expect, including my self. It really seems that Webb is holding back.

- There's been almost NON scenes shown of the interactions between Uncle, Aunt & Nephew.

- NON of the Uncle Ben killing scene.

- Only a small snippet of the whole school fight.

- SWAT Lizards has only been hinted at through toy commercials.

- Very little is known about the whole Peter searching for the truth of his parents absent, and why they left him.

- We haven't seen Peter and Flash fight.

- We haven't seen any of Peter playing Basketball at school, obviously to great surprise for every one watching.

- IF there is an underground/sewer fight between spidey and Lizard (maybe starting with Peter inside the train???), than we haven't seen any of that either.

- We haven't seen Peter mastering his powers, and We know it's in there.

- I'm sure there will be a lot of Peter creating web-shooters and making his suit, that we haven't seen.

- And than there are those mystery characters that we've seen in trailers, whom remains a mystery.

Can't wait to see this 2:16 hour movie play out in its full scope!

Because, as other posters have said, it's a complete joke. MTV creates some kind of version of Lifetime Achievement for an actor or actress that is young. It just makes MTV even MORE of a joke that it already is.

Oh right, I thought you were laughing at Emma achieving that particular award, not the award itself. Though I guess it is kind of funny if they usually give it to older people, and here Emma has it. Just proves how well she's done the last two years I think. And yes, it is a complete joke just so teenagers can have something to rile on about.

 great post. Hopefully this will calm a few people who are worried we've seen too much, when in reality, we havn't really seen anything at all. The next month is going to be a great ride, we're on our way there with only four weeks to go!!

I remember before in this forum, someone show some of spidey's actions from the trailers and showed how they look like they were pulled directly from the comics. Can anyone show me where or some examples because i cant remember which thread it was in.?

yeah there is still sooo much to..
Btw if they're going to introduce eddie brock then it should be during when peter is young because peter and eddie were childhood friends..am I right?

Yeah I heard that there were 11 something tv spots for avengers and it was only worth 10 minutes of the whole movie

btw I really dont want a trilogy..atleast 4 movies so that they can get gwen im 2 movies and MJ in 2 movies...

That was only in the Ultimate universe. In the 616 (regular) universe, Brock and Pete barely knew one another.

No Venom in this trilogy, pls Webb.

Just watched, although i have never seen any of Garfields movies he looks to be a great actor

They captured his iconic looks perfectly, the effort they put into it really shows

The improvements in CGI definitely help. SM1's Spidey looks...well, a little rubbery now, but that's not a knock on Raimi...Sony CGI back in 2002 could only look so good. Welcome to the Hype btw.

Well, part of it is that Emma won that award. You have a guy like Gary Oldman at that awards show and someone like Emma Stone wins the "Trailblazer" award, lol. I'm not dogging at Stone's career as so far she's been in some pretty good films, but...that whole segment was a joke. Hell, that whole awards show was a joke.

Was watching sm1 last night, the cgi wasn't that bad but the actual animation of him wasn't fluid. It shows it's age definitely.

Truth.

My buddy told me yesterday about the TDKR footage being shows at the MTV movie awards. I replied "Awesome....but that means I have to watch the MTV movie awards....."

There is one, we see them fighting underwater in the trailers (which I assume is going to be a part of the sewer fight). And we have seen two other shots of Spidey lowering into the sewers, so that definitely leads to a sewer fight.

hehe I watched Spiderman 2 last night
what a masterpiece..that scene with the train..just brilliant

going to watch Spiderman 1 tonight

btw only..if ONLY sony didn't force Sam Raimi to include Venom then maybe we would've had one of the best movie franchises of all time..alongside harry potter and the dark knight trilogy..dont forget lord of the rings..
but I think the change would help the franchise..getting a fresh start, giving youngers stars chance to shine..and a better story without the sony interfering too much..especially Andrew Garfield..he's such a great actor he deserved this role in my opinion..I think he would nail any sad scenes in movie

Its funny but I noticed that Avi Arad hasn't had much say in this movie like he did with the previous films (or other Marvel films). Its funny but on the Spider-Man 3 DVD, there is some behind the scenes where Arad says that Eddie Brock is less interesting in the comic books, so they wanted to make his character more dynamic in the movie. Epic Fail.

I see what they were going for, and if the movie was made correctly, it could have been so HUGE. If it almost made $900 million worldwide and was a disappointment, imagine how much it would have made if it was a success? It could have been well over a billion dollars...
