Bradley Cooper should be Hal Jordan.

He's got the looks, the talent, the box office draw, he wanted to be Hal and tried out for it. How Campbell picked Reyonds over him I'll never know.

He now plays for the other team.

Move along, boy.

Never even considered him, but yeah I could totally see that.

Nice suggestion.

Kwanten would be serviceable but disappointing

After his performance in Red Hill I have no doubt he could tackle the part.

Though some might be disappointed at yet another american hero being cast as an Aussie.

I have no problem with that. :o

His face is perfect for Barry really. Handsome, but with kind and friendly eyes.

Doesn't look like a jock, but more like someone who could have been a skinny awkward kid in high school who grew up and filled out a bit.

He's worked with Snyder before too.

Sweet. Well I'd be for it but would the "Christian Grey is Green Lantern!" prevent people from seeing it you think?

I have a bad feeling that Jamie Dornan is going to be all over the mainstream media that year and become a known name. That book has a rabid fanbase.

And we still had Patrick Bateman as Batman.

And Fassbender (Magneto) played a very similar character to Grey in "Shame," yet he's still a box office draw.

Nah. He's a Marvel now. WB wouldn't touch him.

Plus, we already had the goofy, carefree Hal in the Campbell film. They need the reboot Hal to be a more mature, stoic character. More serious and straight-laced.

They could even have him as a man with a repressed darkness within him, with reference to the Coast City crisis and the Parallax transformation in the 90s comics.

50 Shades movie will be awful.

There is a reason why most of all the A listers in hollywood passed. Dornan doesn't have 10% of talent of a Bale or Fassbender.

Not to mention that Bale had over 16 years of acting experience when he was cast as Batman. Including working with Spielberg.

Love how people are complaining about something they haven't seen yet. :o #eisenberg

Yeah but because of 50 Shades you know....he'll be "the Fifty Shades guy", IMO....that's what I'd be worried about anyway.

Yeah but neither of those characters have the um..."acclaim" that Grey has. Grey is like Edward Cullen X 100 but for older gals.

Emile Hirsch, he has a history with... speed... racing...

The original material is awful. I did read it. :BA

I'll take your word for it.

Movie may be good though. :o Never know.

I've seen bad movies made out of good books.

Question about 50 Shades though: was there anal in it? I'm just curious...

I don't remember there being...but I didn't read it as thoroughly as others. I remember being disappointed there were no pictures. My attention drops greatly when there are no pictures in books.

I don't really care for Aaron Paul as The Flash. I just look at him and I see an irritable person...like a drug addict. And that's not a joke.

I've never gotten into Aaron Paul as the Flash. Love the guy but I just don't see it.

As for GL, I've always been I more of the Hal camp but after hearing Neal Adams talk about John Stewart with Kevin Smith on "Fatman on Batman," I think it's more important to include Stewart for the JL film.

Can someone like post or DM me the interview with Adams from Smith about John Stewart? Would love to hear it.
