How long until the worry warts start freaking out because it didn't take Reeves 3 years to write the script which obviously proves WB pressured him and James Gunn is the Devil and the film is in danger?

Pre-production maybe. I can definitely see casting starting to roll in at that point.

If we got a July 2025 release date, then summer and fall of this year actually makes sense for casting announcements.

No. What matter is the caption.
Notice how she doesn't recognize Batman. This clearly hints at a recast.
She also asks "what is she doing here" which is certainly a metaphor for fans of Reeve's Batman who won't accept that everything is in fact merged into the new DCU.
