I mostly enjoy that is without a doubt a different take as far as live action goes. The collar will take some getting use to for me, but I personally like the cowl, armor, and symbol. The brief score is fantastic. Overall it gives off a raw sublimity as far as cinematography goes.

I really want to see a whooshing, lengthy cape and medium sized ears though.

Also, a villains screen test would be fire. Lol

Right? Really looking forward to seeing them all in costume!

I loved the collar! Very "Gaslight" inspired, different from past versions.

Now let's wait for the belt and colors.

Literally no proof of that at all. I think the cowl looks fantastic, and since The picture is literally a drawing of the cowl idk what exactly you're talking about

Calling it now, he won't have eye makeup, instead it will be like the Gotham by Gaslight look where you see his skintone around the eyes.

Which I'm not too keen on I think.

What if it’s red because Reeves has these reveals in mind for the villains too, like Riddler in green etc.

I like this suit in concept, but the execution leaves something to be desired. Namely, the collar and the mouth opening. I much prefer a one piece cowl and cape and that mouth opening really gives it a Daredevil vibe.

There was already possible evidence he wears the make up under his eyes from some twitter pics a few weeks back.

From what I can tell.. not a fan.. wouldn’t say I hate it just yet but CLOSE! Looks like a cosplay hybrid of Dare-Devil, Gotham By Gaslight and Arkham Knight. It just pains me to see this heading in the techy route again, cause the BvS suit was beautiful! I really wanted to see a more simplistic take, almost like Batman: Dead End did, closer to a Brian Boland/Greg Staples look.

Not gonna lie, I think people might be getting carried away with the "his symbol is the gun" talk. It vaguely resembles pieces that may make up a gun, but I'm thinking it's just armor.

Pattinson really couldn't rock that overtly-simplistic look. The reason it looked decent in Dead End is because a bodybuilder played Batman, and the reason it looks good in the comics is because artists can draw Batman as muscular as they want. This is perfect for him.

I see where you’re going with that but I disagree. Is Clark Bartram is a body builder? Yes, but honestly you’d really never know it when he wore the suit. He didn’t look massive to me or above average to me in any way. Any man with a decent build could wear that in my opinion. I truly think the simplistic suit can be pulled off.

Clark Bartram didn’t look massive to you? , jesus christ lol

TBH, i kinda like this homemade style the suit has. I think Reeves is gonna make a dark noir serious film and maybe he wanted to give it a homemade vibe to it, as a beginning of Bruce's journey.

I feel we may get a film with the same style-vibe from Joker, and if we do, i won't complain. The realistic-dark-gritty noir style would fit Gotham a lot. Who knows, maybe this becomes the next DC award film.
