Well, Arkham Knight is the closest association. Mutton chops sticking from under the cowl are distracting. And I didn't see the most important - the lenght of the ears.

What I'm digging so far: it looks rather exquisite in close ups (which is good for all those mega-cameras they use to film stuff these days) and I like that it's not some muscle suit. It's legit stylized breastplate.

I think we are definitely getting a “more grounded than Nolan” approach here, and it’s just gonna look like something a guy made himself. Doesn’t even look like something a billionaire would make. This is enthusiast grade. Personally I wish the whole thing looked like the cowl or that the cowl looked like chest piece, right now it’s a full-on hodge podge. It suits a really weird take from Pattinson, and god willing, that cape will stay draped most of the time. I really don’t know what to think. This is such an incredibly mixed bag. I am hugely looking forward to the movie and will bet it rules, but this couldn’t hype me up less. I really do hope we get the Bob Kane ears and that they just go full freak show. There’s gotta be a reason they didn’t show them. I expect it to get weirder and weirder.

I feel like this suit reveal kills any DCEU connection. Can't see this Batman standing next to Aquaman.

The only thing I do find a bit jarring is the super high tech looking armour and then the hand stitched cowl. Other than that I just ADORE it.

TellTale suit is really good blending both type of suits (anatomic style + armored style). Hopefully, if this (Rob Patt's test footage) is kinda early stages,if the end product look like this it'll be really cool:

This, but less black. I'd like more gray on the chest and arms, like the The Arkham suit.

Imagine the center part of the batsymbol to be a gun's grip cut down the middle "long ways" ?

I loved Batfleck as much as anyone and am still pissed he’s gone, but I’m excited for this project and I like the vibe of this. We have to see the full suit and see it in action before we can judge.

It makes no sense to me to have a chest piece like that and such a crude cowl.
