I was thinking the same thing, the suit looks great with shorter ears. After Batfleck, I like the short ears aesthetic way more nowadays.

Totally disagree. The longer ears go better with Pattinson's leaner build and the more gothic elements like a collar on the cape.

That's not true though. The ears on Pattinson's suit are a good medium-long, similar to Bale's ears. I am perfectly content with them. They are not short ears like Batfleck's as used by Miller and Caputo in the comics.

EDIT: FYI, you have missed it, but we were discussing some fan art above, where the artist has taken some licence and shortened Battinson's ears to a length similar to Batfleck...

The ears are medium length. Longer than Benjamin’s but not as long as Keaton’s (which is the length I wanted, or even longer). But it’s not bad at all. It’s good enough to shoot in the shadows.

You have to remember that the stunt cowl has protection built-in, which distorts the head shape. The ears look funny in that photo largely because of the helmet under the cowl.

Those onset candids aren't always a good reflection of the final product.

But the ears do appear to be a little longer there. IMHO the cowl is iff and wonky to me, but there are other parts about the suit I like. I see the suit more as a work in progress since this is still a younger less experienced Batman.

What I would like to know are what the arrow/dart-like protrusions on the gauntlets are for.

I love the suit and cowl but I have to say that the stunt guy version could be easely reused later for "The Tick darker and more adult oriented reboot".

Official Jim Lee concept art. Doubt that the ears will be significantly different. The collar has now become my favorite element of the Batsuit. From Gotham by Gaslight to this, its such a cool feature.

I like how the suit has a very "functional" look and design to it. Just hope the wrist/gauntlet and shoulder parts don't come across as too "puffy" in real life.

LOL, given that we now have "grim and gritty" remakes of Fresh Prince and Sabrina: The Teenage Witch, I wouldn't be surprised if this idea is actually in the works.

Well this movie definitely has the best logo of the solo movies to me. The BvS logo is still the best.

The show was pretty good throughout, though I still haven't finished the last season. I need to get back to it but the first two seasons were great.
