As great as that was, wow she and her spear have been nerfed if he can do that.

I wonder where the Black Order will sit power wise. I'm assuming above Gamora and Nebula, but probably quite below their comic level.

I just wonder who’s playing Proxima, her face is the most visible of any of the black order, you can catch a small glimpse of her face in the trailer but i couldnt tell who it was

My guess is shes a mix of practical and cg

I've read a few rumours Proxima is played by Katheryn Winnick (Vikings), but there's no set photos or much else to go by at the moment.

Proxima seems to be entirely CGI, so even if she were played by Winnick, it'd be impossible to tell. She was rumored to have been played on-set by a stuntwoman named Monique Ganderton, but it's possible someone else will actually do her voice.

If they only wanted four, not five then take out one of the men. Maybe Ebony Maw, he's the one with the most something similar in terms of power set with Super Giant.

Who knows. They may want to hold a couple of characters back for the 2nd part. I'd be happy if they could fit her in.

I really hope we get to see more of them in the upcoming trailers. They seemed to be trying really hard to hide them in that first trailer, but that's probably because the CGI isn't finished.

I remember a weird line on Joss Whedon's Age of Ultron commentary where Joss Whedon was talking about how Thanos said this because "Ultron failed." I mean...how did Ultron fail Thanos? He wasn't working for Thanos, he was working for himself. He wasn't working to give that stone to Thanos or cleanse the Earth for Thanos.

It's just something else they had to retcon, sort of like Tony Stark's, "We're putting a team together," in order to deal with the Hulk.

But I agree Iceman, I am also happy the Black Order in the movie. Their designs look really cool. But I hope they get cool lines and will be more than just Thanos' powerful mooks.

Their designs are cool and it's about time we had generals to pose a threat to Avengers beyond just a mindless drone army as we've had in the first 2 films. And I hope they speak with Thanos. This gives a chance to develop the villain rather than him talking to himself for half the film.
