Okay...in Spider-Man, we thought the car jacker killed Uncle Ben, and so did Pete...they confronted eachother, and the car jacker trips, falls through a window and dies...so, now in Spider-Man 3, we know now that Flint Marko was the real killer...and it's also known that Peter forgives him...so, seeing how Spider-Man is a very noble hero, wouldn't he now feel sad that he let an innocent man die? Wouldn't that put some grief into the hero?

People who are still throwing a fit need to wait until the movie. Just because Marko pulled the trigger doesn't mean that the carjacker (and thereby, Peter) isn't still responsible.

Legally the car jacker would be responsible as well just because of the robbery as a whole. But the jacker is by no means innocent. Had pete not jumped out of the way, the jacker would have a shot a hole through peters head.

I don't think Peter feels sorry because the Carjacker was a theif that was attempting to steal a car with Flint Marko. not to mention that he was part of the murder of Uncle Ben and he robbed the guy at the Wrestling Arena so that guy was still committing a crime so I don't think Peter should nessacarily feel bad.
