Lol wtf? They sell tickets this early in the US?

Great User Title SodaPop, btw.

Ya-- after reading this, I did some research and I found that you can purchase tickets now for opening day on fandango.com. (http://www.fandango.com/thechroniclesofnarniaprincecaspian_109333/movietimes?location=20037)

You just insert your zip code and then select a theater and time. I went ahead and got my tickets before more people become aware of this. Thanks for the heads up SodaPop!

Wow. I hadn't seen that clip before. Even on the computer, those graphics look so crisp! I can only imagine what the entire movie will look like on the big screen. I like how Prince Caspian looks older and like I have said, I think Ben Barnes is going to be awesome in the role. I think it's also gonna be great seeing Ben and William together.

Disney is only planning on making one more Narnia film or will they do more (obviously it depends on money)... has Disney come out at said anything about continuing the series for some time like a Harry Potter?

Right now they've only greenlit Voyage of the Dawn Treader, but if Disney doesn't continue the series, I'm sure another studio will as long as the first 3 keep making money.

i went to go see a movie last week and before the movie during one of the regal BTS things there was some cool footage shot of prince caspian fighting like five guys... but looking at the setting it doesnt seem like its any part of the movie lol...

has that vid been posted yet?

Does anyone live in NYC? Tomorrow at Comic Con, Disney is scheduled to have a panel and they will be talking about Prince Caspian. I wonder if they will reveal new footage or pictures? If anyone goes, report back. :oldrazz:

Dawn Treader Starts Shooting in October
Source: Edward Douglas
April 19, 2008

Earlier today at the New York Comic-Con, ComingSoon.net talked with Mark Johnson, the producer of Disney's The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, and he told us that director Michael Apted is currently scouting locations in New Zealand for the upcoming 3-quel The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader with plans to start shooting in October.

They won't necessarily be returning to Andrew Adamson's home country for the third movie though as Johnson told us that they'd be shooting two-thirds of the movie in Rosarito, Mexico at a huge water tank where James Cameron shot Titanic and where they shot "Master and Commander." They say that the rest of the production could be in any number of difference places, which they'll figure out once they've finished scouting locations.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian is out on May 16, and The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader is currently scheduled for release on May 7, 2010. Look for a lot more with Johnson and the cast of "Prince Caspian" in the next few weeks.

They've changed the schedule then: 60% was set to film in New Zealand before the five month delay.

I thought the new trailer was awesome, the effects and action look massively improved from the first, much bigger in scale.

Hunter Rider, thanks so much for that awesome article on Comic Con. I am especially excited for "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader is currently scheduled for release on May 7, 2010. Look for a lot more with Johnson and the cast of "Prince Caspian" in the next few weeks."

That new trailer was so awesome too. The last 15 seconds of the trailer are awesome, all those small clips back to back. Man I feel like they really brought Narnia to life and all the darkness and battles are really going to be larger than the book. Amazing.

New Prince Caspian Featurette

Lots of new footage from Narnia sequel

Disney has provided us with a new featurette for The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. You can take a look at it here. Among the talking heads of director Andrew Adamson, composer Harry Gregson-Williams and star Ben Barnes (whom we believe teenage girls describe as dreamy), you'll get a whole load of new footage from the movie. This looks like a big improvement on the last, rather soundstage-bound looking film. Some of those battle scenes are mahoosive. No mythical animals were harmed in the making of this film.

I didn't like the first film...but I gotta say, this one looks 100x better. Can't wait :)

That AICN review was ridiculous. They really need to stop letting anyone who sends them an email reivew movies. :whatever:
