I hate this phrase. I've worked places where I've had to say it to customers, but today I had to go withdraw my paycheck due to my debit card not getting here until next week, and they promptly catch me at the door and yell, "the computers are down, no transactions, thank you," all in one breath, as the dude is shoving me out the door. I actually went to a damn Wendy's last week to get an order of fries and the girl tells me their computers are down. Biatch, I want a 99 cent order of french fries, just take my dollar and fry those bastards up. I hate that phrase, I really do.
