Man I can't wait. My brother, my friends, and my bro's friends are all hyped(most of them are fans). It is going to be amazing. I think it will be better than BB. What do you think?

ye i think it will. ive been hype for this ever since i see the first picture of the joker. i think escalation is the perfect word here. they talk about escalation in the actual story of the dark knight but i also think it will be a escalation on the action, story telling and just all out feel of batman begins.

My friends can't wait. My brother is a fan of Heath(A knight tale), Bale( Am. Psycho), and he likes BB(although he was a fan of Batman Forever's Val kilmer), My bro who isn't the biggest Batman Fan even bought the poster of joker that says HA. My friend is going as the Riddler. My bros friend is a fan of batman(has the Why so serious poster, bat symbol belt buckle, bat ringtone, and all kinds of other stuff like that.) Something sad tho is that my brothers friend that likes superheros alot is about to go to basic in the Navy on July 17(he has batman visa, comics, movies and stuff.). I wish I could find a early screening in Austin TX.

Yes, it is better.

I just got back from the future. It was incredible. The movie hit all the right notes, everyone's performances were spectacular. Bale hit Bruce and Batman out of the park once again, but Heath knocked the Joker into the stratosphere. And Two-Face! Oh my god, perfect. It made me forget about Tommy Lee Jones. Oldman, Caine, and Freeman were wonderful as usual. And Maggie was great as Rachel, really added some depth and emotion to the character.

Doesn't it seem like I've already seen the movie? Becuase otherwise, how could I POSSIBLY know how much better or worse than Begins TDK was?

Right?

Right?

You miss interpreted me. I meant Do you think it will be better.

Box office wise, this movie will be bananas. In terms of the actual content of the movie, I'm expecting it to be a bit better than Begins, but I'm trying to keep my expectations below the stratosphere.

I'm not going to say it is until I've seen it; Batman Begins is my favorite movie and it still deserves some respect, no matter how good a sequel could be.

I would love for it to be better though, but I don't see how it's possible since I love BB so much. <3

The Dark Knight will be the best. Heath's Joker, Two-Face done properly, Bale as the bat again, the epic scope, the crime drama feel, and the fact that it is a continuation of Batman Begins. Will be quality wise the film of the summer.

Are you kidding? I've been pumped for this since seeing the Joker card at the end of "Begins"! And ever since then, I've been saying, "Just you wait. You thought "Batman Begins" was good? You haven't seen anything yet."

When Nolan says he wouldn't have done a sequel if it wasn't going to surpass the first, then it's already set in stone that it is better than Batman Begins

Hopefully it will be just as good as BB, I'd be surprised if its better

The biggest problems with Begins seemed to have been fixed, so yes it will be better.

Plus, if Nolan made B-list villains like Scarecrow and Ra's Al Ghul look as awesome as they did, just imagine how awesome Joker and Two-Face will be.

My two favorite Batman Villians! another reason why I think it'll be better!

TDK will own any other movie this year. I'm so hyped for it. To see Heath Ledger in his last role and to see how Nolan is continuing the story. July 18th will live on in history.

I'll be damned if someone is going to call Ra's a B-List villain, but I see your point.

True, but you theres other things too, like the story line. Personally I dont think TDK will have a better story than BB

Depends, if TDK combines the elements of The Killing Joke, The Long Halloween and The Man Who Laughs, the story will be very intriguing.

I mean B-list in terms of popularity, not how good of a villain he is.
