The other day i was talking to some older president bush supporters[they were white], and we got into an interesting conversation. I asked them how exactly does president Bush hope to completly get rid of terrorism in the Iraq/middleast. One of the older guys replied in a very angry voice

" The only way to stop them, is to drop a Nuke on all the muslims[he used a different word] over their. We need to launch one final strike against them, and we can get out troops home."

Now ofcourse i found this very radical and dumb, but their is a verysmall point to that mans madness. launching one massive strike against all Terrorist muslims in the middleast, would probbaly eliminate terrorism across the board. But then you would be killing alot of people for the faults of a few, but it was also worth thinking about even though its very dumb.

Its naive to think that would stop terrorism. Not all terrorist are extremist muslims, there are several european and other terrorist groups in the world. People like to think only muslims are terrorists but they don't want to see that terrorism can't be stopped by killing them all.

Lets say we do go through and try to kill all middle-eastern terrorists...as has been said, many innocents would die...that would lead to their friends/family saying "stupid f**king americans killed Achmed for no reason, death to the great satan!" and you have a whole new generation of extremists terrorists...it wouldnt work, it's just not a tactically sound plan...even with our current stance that's all we're really doing in Iraq right now already too
