i'm not sure if that is a "subtle-sarcastic-nice way" hint for me to remove the pic. is that true?

considering i completely changed your superboy into a KC superman, i am surprised adding the wrinkles was what hit you. haha.

you put the symbol, and that gave me the idea. i change the last one to complete black hair to reflect his youthful appearance.

I gotta say if Robin ever appears in the movies, they should go with that design and change his name to Redwing. The rest of them are excellent too.

NEED HELP

this is a rough cut of my new batman and joker. cira 1920s

in this saga batman is more of a gumshoe and the joker is a half crazed german lunatic who did have his face scarred by chemicals but he wears a ceramic clown mask underneath his face is pulled all tight and grotesque , i'm thinking i might make him obsessed with jack the ripper and wanting to continue his work

now again this is a rough cut i want opinions of how to make them better

Ok after you and dk encouragement i'll post something sort or resembling my idea. although I will say the art underneath is by an unknown artist not me but maybe this will get my idea across:

Red Raven:

My idea is basically this while Time travels the world trying to find batman he really starts developing into his own man more than any other time. He meets a shaolin monk who used to be a Ninja Asassin that was saved by a young Bruce Wayne when he wanted to give up that life he helped train Bruce. He tells Tim he has to let Bruce go and Honor his memory by continuing the fight but in his own way. So after so intense soljourn like searching and meditation he finds his spirit animal is a Raven so he is Red Raven!

Fans of Robin will remember that Tim used to have ninja boots and he was schooled by some of the best martial artist in the world and while he is probably now the worlds best detective he is also one of the worlds best martial artist. The head covering on the side I was playing with the wings a bit thinking that if they arked up then his silouete would look almost like a bat to the gothamites which would play with their heads. I wasn't sure if i want his out cape/hood all black with red interior or vice verca. suit all black except red insignia. Also the things on his hands are tazers built into his gloves. When Malibu comics was around there was a character called night man that had this and I thought it was bad ass. So well there it is.

i kinda like the idea of an all-white superhero instead of the typical all black look. it would as be a welcomed change.

Well if you read my explanation they are tasers mounted in the gloves so it's not smoke it's electricity.

Man MO you've done it again I love both of those coloring jobs. I've always love Moon Knight for being all white so that's cool but my fave is the one on the right. Did yall see the little heads I drew out to the right I kepting thinking of Ninja Gaiden Black (great game by the way) How his hood thing has a mettal crest thing on his forehead.

interesting story, i really like the white one. it reminds me of a toy that came out in line with batman and Robin movie in 1997. one of the robin toys was all silver (essentially white), with a lavender color for the symbol. I thought it looked so cool. next i went to buy it, it was gone.

while you can never go wrong with the black and red, i must say, i kinda like the white version, maybe even more.

I like your Joker Camp Blood, and I think the Batman could work as well, but I'm not diggin the fedora.

I understand he is supposed to be "detective Batman" and in film noir, it is typical for the detective to wear a fedora, but that is the only thing i can spot. Maybe the Fedora would work without the ears? or with a different type mask, a head band with eyes cut out or a burgler mask (both ideas similar to Zorro). Maybe scratch the hat all together and give him some sort of retro helmet with goggles, (the ears can work on the helmet) with some sort of chin strap or something.

But I dig the trenchcoat, very cool.

And as for Joker. No complaints, i like the approach. ceramic mask with a smiley clown face, covering a disfigured face...ALWAYS creepy. So it works. I like that

RAMORE, your design is very interesting. I like the tazer hands, that is SOOO bad ass. and the cross between hero/ninja is just awesome. Ive done that a few times in the past, and I love how it looks.

Ninja or Samurai mixed with anything to do with Batman, usually looks sic.

There are just enough rings for each finger, minus the thumbs.
I'd like to see Hal as the White Lantern, maybe have his costume contantly changing.
Like a conveyor belt type thing, then like a diagonal wipe his costume changes to an Orange Lantern, then again a diagonal wipe changes his orange costume into a blue lantern, and so on.

This is what I meant, (thanks to AxlsAppetite for animating it for me)





See the idea is that Hal will wear all the Lantern rings,
Green
Red
Yellow
Blue
Orange
Black
Sapphire
Indigo
One for every finger (not including thumbs), and either become the White Lantern or become all the Lanterns like a Dr. Spectrum.
(all the colors in the light spectrum added together make white.)
