I felt genuine joy to see Jessica again, but at the same time I'm actually sad that someone hurt her. Marvel has made me actually care for these characters. Quite a feat for any fictional story.

I suppose it's possible they'll hold off revealing any of Iron Fist's supporting cast joining case any of them are killed off. Although Colleen is a certainty.

I could see it being Bobby Fish if part of story includes exonerating Luke Cage, but that would also mean Shades and Mariah Dillard has to appear as well.

Shades and Mariah don't need to show up. I think Misty is all we are going to get from Luke Cage. Seeing as though Sigourney Weaver's character and The Hand will be the villains, no need to bring in any of the other major villains unless they are directly connected with The Hand/Weaver's character.
