The Different Class of Mutants in the Movie

How exactly did they classify them? I know of Beta, Alpha, and Omega but didnt know they were classified as class 3, 4, 5 so on. Did they mention what class any of them were other than Dark Phoenix? I think they should have talked about his, I though it was actually pretty interesting that they incorporated this in the movie, it gave it more of an X-men comic book feel to it.

there is another thread about this, but my opinion is that clases have something to do with the destruction scale.
class 1: mutants who can't do much. they are just different. Wolverine without adamantium, rogue, angel
class 2: wolverine with adamantium, kitty, beast,
class 3: cyclops, gambit, iceman, pyro, havok, juggernaut
class 4: magneto, xavier, storm
class 5: phoenix

It could be that demitri but it could also be the type of mutant you are like class one is a mutant who just has an altered physical appearence...
