Why does it matter if people can see them? Also, that's always been an option...any of your friends could click on your friends list and see.

I get the feeling that JediXAngel has two women(or men)that he/she is messing around with and doesn't want to get caught.

Am I hot or cold on that guess JediX?

I didn't think you could ever hide friends from other friends. Your friends list has always been there.

This is why I say no to Facebook or any other social networking site. :D

Social media junkies might have noticed a lot of color in Facebook. Color status -- in Facebook, the status lets users give others a piece of their minds - is sweeping female profiles and it appears to be doing so in the name of breast cancer awareness. Ann Arbor reveals that numerous female Facebook users have received a message urging them to input the color of their bras in their Facebook status fields. It is interesting to note that - even as the message behind the color status in Facebook has a worthwhile cause - thus far nobody has been able to ferret out the originators of the message.

How many women were inspired to educate themselves? How many changed their Facebook status, but weren't enticed to learn more about breast cancer?

This is just another example of "slacktivism," virtual activism with no real results.

A few girls I know had "black!" "pink" "red" "none" in their statuses.

I never really knew what it was until I asked.

Then I found "none" and said sup.

I saw alot of that on fb.....as much as I think breast cancer awareness is important, i think the whole fb thing is insanely lame!

yeah I didn't know why girls were doing this last night. then for some reason I decided to join in. And today, said girls made fun of me for appparently not knowing what this was about. at myself.

HAHA I thought it was hair color until I saw pink and realized the girl doesn't have pink hair.

Thanks to this stupid campaign, not only am I no more aware of breast cancer than I was before, but I now know what my cousin's bra looks like. :csad:

Its no worse than knowing your sister and mother's.:(

I hardly went on FB before, now I am never going.

Dang, now I know the bra color of the girl I like. There's something kind of awkward about this! :p

Considering the selection of females on my friends list, it put some rather pleasant thoughts in my head, thinking about them and their bras and such.

Breast cancer awareness? No, more like breast awareness.

I know it of the girl I like, my cousin, my aunt, and apparently from my stupidity last night, my own :o

i wish people recognized how incredibly over funded breast cancer awareness is. they have more money than they know what to do with, more money than the researchers need. yet, worse cancers are going under funded and killing more people.

As someone who lost his father to cancer I find the whole "Let's only focus on breast cancer" ideology to be somewhat sexist. :cmad:

I don't know what the **** it's for, but it's annoying.
