The red transparent rubber, I bet those are flames in the movie. Fallen in is susposed to be cover with flames. As you can see some picture doesn't have it while others does.

He was one of the first 13 transformers (12 apostles?) and he defied his own creator Primus (God) and allied with the pure evil of Unicron (The Devil)...

Maybe its just me, but I prefer the overall bulkiness of the toy itself rather than the streamlined, xenomorphic look of the CGI render from ACtoys.Net...

And the flames... are they supposed to be flames at all or just some holographic laser thingie?

he looks alright. i won't say he looks badass, because he DOES kinda look generic...but i like his forearms and shins. if they would just get rid of the weird appendages on his torso it would look much better. his face is still cool as hell though. i really wanna see a full render now.

Well, ya know, transforming into a jet kinda gets you from place to place on the battlefield. It has a lot of uses.

Megatron used his jet form in the battle at the end of the first movie ya know. Worked for him.

He is one of the original 13 Transformers. Lorenzo said to think of the 13 as "apostles". The Fallen is the one who turns and is the reason Transformers split into Autobots and Decepticons.

Judas-like most likely. Megatron is more like an Adam and Eve version...he gets too caught up with being evil. Megatron, in this Transformer's universe seems to only be a pawn in Fallen's eyes.
