it's a fictional african country and it's not uncommon for real life african dignitaries to wear either suits or cultural garb so yes it is nitpicky to object to Wakanda use of suits when dealing with the outside world of which it is only now establishing a relationshipYeah, you think it's a bit nitpicky BECAUSE you have no cultural ties to any african nation. Care to ask an African his opinion?...
...and people wonder why is important to have a black person in the writing room when hollywood decide to tell a "black story"...
Also I don't think having a black writer in the room during civil war would have guaranteed african garb at the UN, I'm black and ambivalent to the subject
