I'm just glad they got Colleen Atwood to design the suit. I knew they would have to go big. If they got her to design a much simpler costume, like GA's, they'd have to go just as big, if not bigger, when it came to The Flash. And they did.

Ummm... so, isn't it about time this got its own sub-forum? I mean, unless this thing tests horribly and they scrap it at the last minute, it's happening. We have subforums for the Marvel Netflix shows and they haven't even started casting yet.

I think when the official promotionals starts will be the appropriate time.

Fox has committed to a season order. All that means is it they'll pay for a season no matter what. If the pilot is not well received they don't have to produce further episodes.

The red appears too dark, but so did Iron Man's red in the original promo picture way back when, and that turned out fine, so I'll reserve judgement on that.

The earpieces are okay. I would have preferred more traditional, but whatever.

The real thing to write home about is that this actually looks like the Flash. There are little details I would change, but to be honest, at this point I don't even care. He's not wearing a hoody, he's not wearing goggles, and so far he doesn't appear to be armour plated. He looks like the Flash, which is more than I ever owuld have guessed, given the gutter-trash I've been trained to expect.

I'm excited to see if the rest of the series follows though on this solid start.
