Why one or the other? The Rogues are a team. Nay, a family of ne'er-do-wells. They're at their best when they're together. Cold, Mirror Master, Weather Wizard, The Trickster, Heatwave, The Pied Piper, all together in one flick, way to go.

It'd certainly be fast paced to see him fight Cold and Mirror Master at the same time, I'd be stoked to see it, it'd be such a rush.

They could do Captain Cold extremely interesting...you don't need to have the furry parka...you can put him in modern cold weather gear and keep the color scheme....

I think you could maintain the furry parka look, just not have it looking so Eskimo-like. That would work just fine.
