Coming 7/24...likely because of Watchemn.
So this version of "300" on Blu-ray is "The Ultimate Experience" because, why, it has all the stuff the HD DVD version had on it 2 years ago?![]()
And I don't think the actual disc details have been revealed there might be more stuff we just don't know about yet but I would say im pretty sure it will just be the HD DVD version...at the very least.I just really really don't like the digibooks.
how can anyone not want David Bowie in HD in Labyrinth
And yeah, this magical 75GB Blu-ray is not going to happen for Blu-ray. The standard is 25 and 50GB and will stay that way for the foreseeable future. And no matter what the extended cuts will most likely span two discs considering the studios think consumers see that as having more value.![]()

Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End was a 75GB disc, a fact which was fairly well publicized at the time of it's release. Has everyone already forgotten this?
There's nothing stopping Warner Bros. from putting both versions of the film on one disc and using seamless branching. They just want more money.![]()

By that logic though, the extended edition is doomed to have worse picture quality than the theatrical cut, unless they put it on 2 discs like with the DVD.
