So sad and so very true. At Mass today, in the Father's sermon, he was preaching that God wants us to look at one another and see the bits of God that reside in each of us. See the person, not the sinner, because we all sin. There is no one perfect among us. We should be reaching out to people, not turning them away because they might be different than us. If a person looks at a gay man and sees only the gay and not the man, the one with the real problem is that person. Jesus never turned anyone away and neither should we.
