This film is absolutely everything you would expect from a film where the main premise is that the president kicks the **** out of a bunch of crazy terrorists. Not only is the premise so self-explanatory, but the music and execution are incredibly corny too. However, it's the small moments that make up for it.

Heh this is one of the first rated R movies I was allow to see with the Edge being the first, man... I remember back when I could first start seeing rated R movies, it was such a glorious thing However I haven't seen it since then...

Edit: I just checked... It came out in 1997, so it could of hit video in 1997 or 1998... That's was like 9-10 years ago... **** I feel old

The best action movie isn't even an American-made movie. People sholud watch a lot of films made in the 80s and 90s by Hong Kong production teams.
