I second that.

Well I ended up watching Texas Chainsaw 3D which was a terrible film. Not as bad as I expected but still awful. I'm doing Cube/They Live back to back tonight though. Been years since I've seen Cube, never seen They Live.

I saw Haunter.

I didn't really like it if I'm honest. The film isn't scary or gory. The overall mystery isn't particularly interesting or that original.

Spoliers
Ghost family are trapped in their house groundhog day style (repeating the same events over and over again) in limbo by a serial killer ghost who possesses the dads of families and kills their families. Abigail Breslin plays Lisa the mid 80's daughter in the ghost family tries to stop the serial killer ghost from killing another family as well as free her own family from the killers ghost limbo.

A movie from the point of view of a ghost isn't a bad idea but it is shot with a total lack of imagination in this film I thought.

On another note, what should I watch tonight, Cube or They Live?
Cube is worth watching if you haven't seen it. I'm not sure it holds up on multiple views. I last watched Cube 2. I was annoyed that they basically gave us the same characters all over again.. Hopefully Cube Zero is better.

I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

You gonna love that movie.

Help me identify this movie please:

I think the movie was made in the 90s. I dont remember anything about it except for the final scene and even then Im not sure what I remember of the setting is entirely correct.

It starts off with kids arriving at school(maybe). I think theyre wearing uniforms. We get a shot of a little boy. Creepy looking. He sees a guy crossing a street and he gets a weird look on his face. Next thing you know, a car comes out of nowhere and rams the guy. The boy is satisfied. He made it happen. We then switch over to a little girl with blonde hair(I think it was blonde). She looks over to the guy who was hit by the car and she gets a peaceful look to her face and I think wind was blowing through her hair. The guy who got hit miraculously gets up uninjured. The boy gives a nasty look to the girl and she gives him a smile.

Youre a master if you can name that movie.

Hey guys, I have one quick question... I know that film hasn't gone out yet, but does someone know if I can watch remake of Carrie with a girl? She likes horrors, but, y'know, it's not the same thing if you watch a movie about psycho killer or about some unpopular, outcast girl.

I've seen this movie or one with a similar scene but I can't remember much of it, only the end scene you mentioned is familar.

I'll figure out what it is because now I want to know what it was myself.

You are correct but I was clearing up the fact that trick or treater or not they mistook Ben Tramer for Michael or vice versa, I guess the beer could be mistaken for a trick or treat bag pretty easily as you can see.

I always forget Laurie said she has a crush on Ben Tramer in the first film.

I had some B-movie fun earlier with 'Chopping Mall', where security robots in a mall go rogue and start killing people. Quite a short movie but pure tongue-in-cheek fun.

The robots reminded me of a cross between Short Circuit's Johnny Five and Alpha 5 from the Power Rangers.

Just turned on Hocus Pocus to help ease the pain of that Redskins game. Such a great movie.

Watched Aliens the other night; brilliant film on so many levels.

I'm meeting with some friends on Friday for a Halloween party and we're planning on watching some films, with me being given the honor of picking the films. So far, I've got The Thing (Carpenter, Duh!), Alien, Cabin in the Woods and Dawn of the Dead.

I still think Sarah Jessica Parker was really hot in Hocus Pocus. Funny that she is sexier in a kids' movie than she ever was on a show on HBO with "sex" right there in the title.

Chopping Mall and Evolver make for a fun double feature in my opinion .

Lauren, my girlfriend carved this Pinhead pumpkin tonight.

The only film I ever found SJP attractive in...I mean...a few years later with Mars Attacks! and she looks awful......

...now I'm going to watch Hocus Pocus and Mars Attacks!...and to keep the witchy theme throw in The Witches...

...tomorrow will be Black Sunday...

Those are pretty damn cool looking.

I've been on a scream kick watched 2-4 and remembered how lackluster 3 was ( I only saw it once opening night in the theater) also watched Hocus Pocus last night and Ghostbusters. I'm going to miss all of this horror watching come Halloween I still have quite a few classics to get through before then.

Ernest Scared Stupid
The Crazies (remake)

Also I'm on a horror kick and will next seek out all the Hammer films. Also need to find Black Xmas (the original).
